A simple Data Model for a Call Center. One table of note is tlkpReasons. If you have common reasons for calls you may want to set up a section with check boxes for ease for the Operator as shown here. To download the Data Model click here.
The difficult I do immediately, the impossible takes a little bit longer.
There may be specific Reasons for calls (tlkpReasons)
Call back information will need to be logged
Calls will be handled by an Operator
Calls may be directed to an employee or just be for information
Reminders may have to be set if call needs a call back
Reason for call will need to be recorded
